Your Role:

🔗 Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and functional leaders in Corporate division to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies that meet their unique needs.

✍️ Storyteller: Use your writing skills to craft compelling job descriptions that not only outline the role but also capture the essence of Welltech’s culture, attracting the best talent to our team.

🌐 Sourcing Expert: Leverage a diverse array of sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of top talent. From online platforms and professional networks to employee referrals, you’ll leave no stone unturned in your quest to find the perfect candidates.

🚀 Process Manager: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from initial contact to offer negotiation. Our advanced ATS system streamlines scheduling, so you can focus on what matters most.

📊 Data-Driven Innovator: Stay ahead of industry trends and use data to continuously refine our recruitment strategies. Track key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to ensure we’re always improving.

🌟 Welltech Ambassador: Partner with our recruitment marketing team to enhance Welltech’s employer brand. Represent us at career fairs, networking events, and beyond, positioning Welltech as an employer of choice.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years' of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven success in recruiting top talent across diverse roles and industries, with a focus on Corporate business functions (finance, legal, Human resources)

  • Experience hiring in the UK, Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine is a plus.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Proficiency with ATS systems (we use Ashby, but we’ll train you if it’s new to you).

  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
