Chinese QA Specialist to join our external pool of freelancers(Life Science)

OVERVIEW

The Talent Management team is currently recruiting linguists willing to joining our team of the Non Linguistic Quality Assurance to take care of the final review of projects. QAs finalize translated files prior to client delivery. The role is consists in reviewing layout, titles, key points, format, numbers, etc. and resolving terminology. This specialist works closely with project managers and communicates any findings discovered during the QA process.

Project Details:

Job Title: Non-Linguistic QC

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote, be native of Chinese

Content Specialties: "Pharmacovigilance","Pharmacy","Investigator-facing"

Hours:  Minimum 3-4 hours needed per day (from Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Freelance

CAT Tools: XTM, Xbench or any other CAT tool/QA tool knowledge is required

• Minimum 1 year’ experience in translation/localization, editing or QA.
• Proficiency use of CAT tools, especially with XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Memsource or similar. XTM preferred.
• Attention to detail
• Experience with QA checks (Xbench, Verifika,or CAT tool integrated QA checks…)
• Advanced level in English (C1)
• Experience in Life Sciences
• Good availability and quick response times

Selected candidates will be invited to complete a Non Linguistic QA test. Approved linguists will be then included in our pool of external partners and professional details will be made available to our global Production teams.
