As the Sales Enablement Leader, you will enable the global sales organization with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes to accelerate the sales velocity and productivity of our Sales organization by effectively aligning people, processes, and priorities to build relevant learnings, content and programs, all sellers will be enabled to be a highly productive workforce, igniting a high-performance culture. Sales enablement team drives revenue by delivering high-quality onboarding programs, continually assessing skill and performance gaps, and ensuring our sellers and leaders have required offering, industry, skills, and on-the-job training. By proactively consulting with our sales leadership and leveraging data and insights, we are able to deliver enablement that is relevant, measurable, and actionable.

Welocalize carefully considers a wide range of compensation variables including geographic location, job scope and complexity, skill level, experience, or industry-specific knowledge. Compensation will be mutually agreed upon at offer and may be above the posted range due to compensation variables.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range $110 - $150K per annum
