Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for learning and gamification initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch engaging learning and gamification products.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

• Communicate product strategies and updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on learning technologies, gamification, or educational products.
• Proven success in leading and mentoring product management teams, driving product vision and execution.
• Strong understanding of gamification principles and best practices in learning and development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and strategy.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable.
