Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.SummaryWe are seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development of dynamic, enterprise-level business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards using Power BI. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Business Process and Analytics and will be crucial in understanding the data needs of our business operations, ensuring accurate data collection, and management. While also leading the development and deployment of actionable reports from complex data sources.As we work toward refining our business processes and reporting systems, this role will play an integral part in shaping data structures, improving data access, and ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of key metrics.Some Of The Work You Will Do• Work closely with the Business Process, Quality Assurance, and IT/IS teams, as well as business managers and senior leadership, to understand and scope data and reporting needs.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on BI solutions.• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.• Create and modify existing reports, ensuring data accuracy and visual consistency.• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI tools and data collection, and report visualizations.• Analyze complex datasets and translate them into easy-to-understand visual reports.• Optimize data models for performance and scalability within the Power BI ecosystem.• Support the development of a structured data framework to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across departments.Here Are The Skills That You Need• 2-4 years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
