Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering

Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Identifying and fixing weak links and bottlenecks in the production line, covering both process and equipment.• Work on the fab floor of Fremont and Great Oaks fabs frequently with manufacturing and engineering teams to perform audits and fix issues.• Proactively enhance the robustness and efficiency of wafer process and equipment systems, procedures, training packages, etc.• Promote Quality Culture among wafer process and equipment engineering teams.• Facilitate process FMEAs.• Collaborate with FA and yield engineering to assure wafer outgoing quality.
