About The Opportunity The Production Manager is responsible for collaborating with key functional departments to produce high quality multimedia events and manage partners to deliver high quality events for internal and external customers across our 700 locations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project lead with high-level technical proficiency in all areas of multimedia production inclusive of the planning and execution of live events, video and audio production, webcasts, AV conference room systems and VIP events. Requirements... High-level of organization, written and verbal communication, leadership, customer service and professionalism Expert knowledge of audio, video, lighting and staging technologies inclusive of:
Video Switchers, Audio Mixers, Cameras, Rigging, Staging, Media Encoding, Matrix Routers Able to coordinate event production teams, equipment and deliver a best-in-class event experience Proactively engage with key stakeholders to pursue process improvements Can effectively engage at every level of the organization, across multiple departments Provide high-quality content capture services that enhance the WeWork brand and company story Knowledge or expertise with streaming and video platforms, including but not limited to, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex, On24, Blue Jeans, Facebook/Instagram Live Live Events Ensure consistent standard of best-in-class events Allocate equipment and operator resources as required to event requestors Provide technical rehearsal and testing of AV equipment to ensure seamless execution of event Technical direction of the event team aka calling the show Preparation of media for events and live feeds Media Production Proven acumen with video & audio disciplines Full understanding and experience with corporate video production from capture to delivery Proficiency in event capture technologies & techniques (e.g. LiveStream) to enable media distribution to global offices Preferred Qualifications 5
years as a corporate producer or technical director 5
years of experience with events and live event staging Bachelor's degree or 7
years related experience Audio and/or video editing capability a plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
