Skills
Strong understanding of software systems and technical products
Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way
Proficiency in content creation and collaboration tools
Experience using CRM platforms, Salesforce experience highly desirable
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Exemplary planning and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Collaborate with WeWork sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs
Establish customer rapport and gain trust
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to report out customer requirements
Serve as the primary Sales liaison with the Product organization
Develop updated content, training, and enablement resources for the Access & Workplace products
Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline
Benefits
Base pay and incentive compensation: $152,000 - $203,000 annual salary
