Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Develop sourcing and hiring strategies
Recruit for various roles across all departments
Manage the full recruitment process
Identify, attract, negotiate compensation packages, and close candidates
Ensure a high-touch candidate experience
Support recruitment projects such as workshops and employer branding
