Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician-Louisville, KY

Job Overview

The Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician provides service and repair of commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration and or commercial HVAC.

Primary Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration commercial kitchen equipment.
Communicate status of repairs with customer and branch office.
Accurately complete service calls in a timely manner.
Monitor truck stock to insure required parts are stocked on vehicle.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms representative of Whaley quality.
Meet reasonable on-call requirements.
Communicate with branch office to order parts for repairs.

Minimum Requirements:

"Safety First" mindset
Three years experience on commercial kitchen repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
HVAC Journeyman
Strong electrical, HVAC/R, and mechanical background is a plus.
Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
Must be at least 18 years of age,
Ability to accurately and promptly complete required paperwork.
Excellent customer service skills.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
