Trust & Safety Agent

Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform, is seeking a Trust & Safety Agent to ensure a safe and trusted platform for buyers and sellers.

Skills

Customer service experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with social media and e-commerce operations

Responsibilities

Provide inbound email and chat-based customer service for users in crisis.
De-escalate and educate customers through clear and accurate exchange of information for improved marketplace safety.
Investigate Trust & Safety cases with medium complexity and high sensitivity.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve open questions and backlog of issues.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Education

4-year degree preferred
