Trust & Safety Agent
Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform, is seeking a Trust & Safety Agent to ensure a safe and trusted platform for buyers and sellers.
Skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with social media and e-commerce operations
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound email and chat-based customer service for users in crisis.
- De-escalate and educate customers through clear and accurate exchange of information for improved marketplace safety.
- Investigate Trust & Safety cases with medium complexity and high sensitivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve open questions and backlog of issues.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Education
- 4-year degree preferred
