Wheely is looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector - Mystery Shopper to join our team in London, England! As a Quality Inspector, you will embark on mystery shopping journeys, evaluating the performance of our Chauffeurs and the Customer Service team. Your feedback will help shape our service delivery standards to ensure that every ride meets The Wheely Standard. You'll assess and coach Chauffeurs based on your findings, creating a cycle of continuous improvement alongside our Quality, Customer Service, Training, and Operations teams.
