Parts Assistant/Delivery Driver

White River Toyota is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-oriented Delivery Driver for our Parts Department. This role involves delivering parts to various wholesale customers, running parts to technicians in the shop as well as an introduction to a parts counter role. The position is Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm.

• Identify and retrieve parts from the warehouse and load the truck with inventory for delivery.
• Navigate to various wholesale outlets, choosing the most efficient routes.
• Unload and safely deliver parts to customers at their destinations.
• Complete all necessary delivery paperwork.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage.
• Run parts from the parts department to technicians in the shop needed to fix vehicles.
• Learn and train on the parts counter position for backup.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• You must be 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience driving a truck or van is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting; must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; basic math skills required.
• Automotive parts experience is a plus.
