Strong experience as a SQL Server DBA.

Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Manage and monitor SQL Server and RedShift databases for optimal performance, availability, and security.
Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies.
Perform regular database maintenance tasks.
Identify and resolve database performance issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient database resource use.
Develop and implement database security policies.
Monitor and analyze database performance metrics.
Plan and execute database migration and upgrade projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related problems.
Document database configurations and procedures.
