The Personalization & Progress Team at WHOOP is responsible for the end to end coaching experience from identifying goals, setting weekly plans, providing daily recommendations, to creating beautiful visualizations of their progress. We take a very data-driven approach to everything we do, meaning we frequently measure the performance of our features and make iterations based on those results.
As a Software Engineer I joining the Personalization & Progress software team, you’ll be building features to better serve our current and prospective members through improvements to our unified Coaching platform . This role requires a strong knowledge of backend engineering principles like an understanding of API design and development.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
