Skills

- Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and logistics.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize strategies.
- Manage global referral program performance.
- Assist in the implementation of recruitment tools.
- Enhance candidate experience through feedback analysis.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
