In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients and understand their needs and preferences
  • Market and promote properties for sale through various channels
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations and contract signing
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices
  • Coordinate with other professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other real estate software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years old
