Product Designer

We're looking for candidates with experience in:

• User-Centered Design: Lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that solve customer pain points, ensuring a seamless user experience across all product touch points.

• Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with founders to translate business goals and user feedback into impactful design solutions that align with Windmill’s vision.

• Wireframes & Prototypes: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visually communicate product concepts and test usability with users and teams.

• Design System & Consistency: Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all product features and visual elements.

• User Testing & Iteration: Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to gather insights and iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs and product goals.
