We are seeking a highly analytical and creative CRO Manager to lead efforts in enhancing our website's and digital platforms' performance. The ideal candidate will focus on understanding user behavior, developing strategies to increase conversions, and ensuring an optimized customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business growth by improving key performance indicators (KPIs) through data-driven decision-making and experimentation.  This role is responsible for the website and all aspects to include the landing page and performance and overall website health and functionality.  


Core Role Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a comprehensive CRO roadmap aligned with business goals 
  • Identify key user segments and develop strategies to target and improve their experience 
  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Hot Jar, Google Analytics, Optimizely and Dynamics) to monitor and evaluate user behavior 
  • Perform in-depth analysis of website metrics to identify drop-off points and opportunities for optimization 
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve site performance 
  • Analyze test results, generate actionable insights, and implement winning variations 
  • Synthesize data from conducted in-depth analysis of user behavior, session replays, A/B testing results, and other relevant data to identify optimization opportunities 
  • Work closely with marketing team members to optimize landing pages and other digital assets 
  • Suggest and implement design or content changes based on user feedback and testing insights 
  • Partner with marketing peers to ensure seamless implementation of CRO initiatives 
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations 
  • Keep abreast of CRO trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team 
  • Benchmark against competitors and industry standards to maintain a competitive edge 


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related rolesthat includes large scale testing and personalization initiatives 
  • 2+ years deep experience with web tagging end to end, from defining the data layer to instrumenting in Adobe Tag Manager or GTM to analyzing results 
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Proficiency in analytics platforms and testing tools  
  • Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and customer journey mapping. 
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation and targeting 
  • Demonstrated experience running simultaneous personalized experiences 
  • Experience with UX design, wireframing and usability principles 
  • Excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills 
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills 
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving measurable results 
  • Creative thinker capable of identifying innovative solutions to challenges 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • Team player with the ability to influence and work across departments 


$135,000 - $145,000 a year
