Reporting to the SVP, Sales, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring profitable growth within their assigned region. The Regional Sales Director will manage, direct and drive a team of Sales Managers in the assigned territory in support of the company’s strategic growth objectives. 


Core Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans including individual and team goals
  • Partner with executive sales leadership to monitor and continually update the sales process
  • Strategize incentives to promote sales performance and drive close rates and revenue growth
  • Manage hiring, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales leaders
  • Investigate lost sales opportunities and the competitive landscape in the assigned region
  • Establish and build relationships with key partners to support the training, growth and development of the region that will lead to its success
  • Responsible for managing pricing for the assigned territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure sales management best practices are consistently followed (sales meetings, ride-a-longs, sales recap reviews, customer follow-up)
  • Model high standards of integrity to create a culture that aligns with the company's core values


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
  • 10+ years' experience as a sales leader an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing sales leaders in a multi-unit environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven record of success managing and selling in a one call close environment
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills
