We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Artist to join our team working on an exciting Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) title. As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets that bring our game world to life. This role requires a strong artistic vision, technical proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with other members of the art and design teams.

Asset Creation: Create 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, props, and other game assets. Ensure that all assets meet the technical and artistic standards set by the art direction.
Environment Design: Design and model immersive and visually stunning environments that enhance the player experience. Create landscapes, architecture, and atmospheric elements that contribute to the game world's narrative and atmosphere.
Character Design: Conceptualize and design characters, creatures, and NPCs that are visually appealing and thematically consistent with the game's art style and lore. Develop detailed character models with expressive animations and rigging.
Texture Painting: Apply textures and shaders to 3D models to achieve realistic or stylized visual effects. Use techniques such as hand-painting, procedural texturing, and photo manipulation to create compelling surface materials.
Optimization: Optimize 3D assets for performance and memory usage without sacrificing visual quality. Ensure that assets are efficiently rendered and animated within the constraints of the game engine.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other artists, designers, and programmers to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into the game. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Digital Arts, Computer Animation, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the video game industry, with at least 2-3 years of experience working on AAA titles or MMOs.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
Strong understanding of texturing techniques and software such as Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Mari.
Knowledge of character animation principles and experience with rigging and skinning characters for animation.
Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, including asset import/export workflows and optimization techniques.
Excellent artistic and creative skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and environment design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members.
