We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Operations (GameFi). In this role, you will work closely with Head of BD, Gaming to split the workload into four key areas: onboarding new projects, account management, gaming strategy, and market research. You will be responsible for formulating and adjusting strategies, managing accounts, and ensuring the successful integration of gaming infrastructure projects.
Onboarding new projects & business development
Identify and discuss new leads with potential partners and projects. Negotiate deals and onboard new projects into our ecosystem.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the GameFi space.
Account Management & Project Integration:
Provide white-glove treatment to our partners, ensuring seamless integration of their projects.
Manage tokenomics, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Structure and run campaigns within the ecosystem, including Degen gaming events and other community activities.
Gaming Strategy & Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the GameFi sector.
Formulate and adjust gaming strategies in alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
Build and document internal gaming strategies to foster development growth and ecosystem expansion.
Infrastructure Business Development:
Manage accounts for gaming infrastructure projects, ensuring successful onboarding of wallets, NFTs, and other necessary platforms.
Identify and onboard the right infrastructure to support gaming developers, enhancing their capabilities and growth potential.
Proven experience in business development, strategy formulation, and account management, ideally within the Web3 space, GameFi or blockchain gaming sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal-making.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on integration and partner satisfaction.
Deep understanding of tokenomics, marketing campaigns, and community engagement within the gaming ecosystem.
Ability to conduct thorough market research and adjust strategies based on insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized finance principles.
