We are looking for a LifeCycle Management Team Lead for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

What makes you special?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in related fields,
• Graduated from relevant departments of reputable universities,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in partnership management,
• Strong communication skills with fluent and proper diction,
• Experienced in relationship management and building sustainable partnerships,
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken,
• Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach,
• Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to prepare insightful reports and make strategic recommendations.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with Wingie Enuygun’s brand and growth objectives,
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic collaborations with potential partners,
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with existing partners, setting annual plans and objectives,
• Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Business teams to create joint campaign strategies,
• Monitor partner campaign performance, interpret analysis shared by data teams, and adapt plans based on insights. Share outcomes with management.
• Manage contractual processes and negotiations with partners,
• Work towards the achievement of the targets set by management,
• Proactively support existing accounts and develop new opportunities through calls and meetings,
• Work with internal teams to quickly solve client problems and handle their requests.
• Plan and execute necessary actions with management to increase partner engagement and performance,
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing all meetings and partner communications,
• Manage client renewals and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities,
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, sharing insights with management.
