Frontend Engineer - Angular

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a Frontend Engineer with experience in development projects.

The main responsibilities will involve:

• Collaboration with Web Developers in the team and designers on front end application development,
• Understand and Work on business goals, user needs and technical constraints,
• Development of cutting-edge web applications that look and perform superbly across all platforms, based on the React and/or Angular frameworks
• Enhancing the performance and reliability of our current web-based application features,
• Concept exploration and prototyping UI designs with the latest technologies.

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technologies, Computer Science or equivalent field. 
  

Essential technical skills:

• Expertise in Angular framework.
• 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience on industry projects for lead positions.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript’s core principles, including component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization and best practices
• CSS & HTML: Ability to translate designs into responsive, accessible user interfaces
• Version Control Expertise: Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments

Nice to have:

• Mobile development experience will be considered as a plus
• Experience in Typescript
• Experience in writing Unit tests
• Familiarity with CI/ CD tools
  

Other qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communicational skills in English
• Native or fluent Greek, oral and written
• Candidate must be able to work independently or within a team environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of all involved activities
