WinnCompanies is searching for a Floating Property Manager II who will support multiple properties in Northern California.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment communities, and maintain the apartment community and its residents and staff, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. You may also provide support alongside an existing property manager or as a short-term coverage for a property manager vacancy.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $28.00 to $32.00 per hour. Final salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Additionally, local travel is required, but mileage reimbursement is offered.
The selected candidate will also adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
