Floating Regional Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid + Travel (Central and Northern CA areas)

WinnCompanies is looking for a skilled and organized Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our Central and Northern California team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for all marketing, leasing and resident retention programs in the region. Please note that this position will be a hybrid role that requires weekly local travel throughout the Central and Northern California areas.


This opportunity offers a typical work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with travel up to 3 days per week. Additionally, the pay range for this position is $24.06 to $26.44 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor online marketing mediums for multiple properties and update as necessary to ensure content is accurate, including pricing.
  • Assist with responding and ensure sites are responding to reviews and utilizing social media channels per company standards and site goals.
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Regional Marketing Manager such as facilitation of communication to multiple sites, calendar management, training support for onboarding and beyond, report tracking, and presentation/report generation.
  • Gather or complete market pricing survey data. Research and compile data into reports: reporting needs vary, from specific site needs to regional analysis.
  • Draft creative copy for internet listings, ads, websites, and social media channels under the direction of the Senior Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Audit and monitor social websites, such as Facebook and Instagram to identify trends. Monitor sites for company and region specific information. Provide data and suggestions to Senior Regional Marketing Manager.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of similar coordination experience.
  • Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access).
  • Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
  • Industry experience with marketing for residential property management


$24.06 - $24.66 an hour
