WinnCompanies is seeking for a Property Accountant II to join the Winn Accounting division in our Independence, OH Regional Office.In this role, you will provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers as the primary accounting liaison for an assigned portfolio. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and interpreting accurate financial records and overseeing critical month-end and year-end tasks.This is a hybrid opportunity, and the work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (2 days in-office and 3 days remote).We are seeking a highly talented accounting professional to take the company to the next level of greatness.
