WinnCompanies is in search for a dynamic and customer-oriented Property Manager I to lead our engaging team at Meridian, a 99-unit conventional market, multifamily community in San Rafael, CA.
In this role, the Property Manager I will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community and its residents and staff, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
The position offers a pay range of $31.00 to $33.00 hourly, with a potential annual performance bonus of 10%. This opportunity may accommodate optional onsite housing. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with occasional weekends as needed.
