We are looking for a talented Graphic/Motion Designer to join our marketing (UA) team, with a focus on creating 2D banners. You will play a key role in developing creative materials for our digital product advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance marketing with a focus on banner advertising, a strong understanding of design, and proficiency with software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Creating 2D banners and video creatives for our digital products' advertising activities;

• Collaborating with the marketing and UA teams on advertising campaigns;

• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends;

• Generating new ideas and trends.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic/Motion Designer;

• Experience in performance marketing, especially in banner advertising;

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography;

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator;

• Creative thinking and the ability to come up with and develop new ideas;

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating static banners;

• Experience with animations in After Effects;

• Proficiency in using AI tools like MidJourney and DALL-E.
