Develop and implement effective cyber security strategies and protocols to protect the organization's sensitive information and systems. Monitor and analyze security systems and logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any security gaps. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations. Stay updated on the latest security trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the organization's security posture. Respond to security incidents in a timely manner and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. Work closely with the IT team to ensure secure configuration and implementation of new systems and applications. Create and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incident response plans. Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization. Communicate with external vendors and partners to ensure proper security measures are in place for shared systems and data. Participate in security risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the organization's security posture. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security posture through proactive risk management.
