Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

This position is remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This role has up to 75% required travel. RESPONSIBILITIES • Leads and Supports enterprise projects regarding inventory accuracy, service quality, and process controls impacting inventory adjustments. • Collaborates across SC Ops. Exc. & Continuous Improvement teams and field stakeholders to address field-escalated QC/IA process issues or area-level end-to-end operational process improvement opportunities to deliver tangible, urgent, and near-term issue resolutions.• Brings an executional and end-to-end process mindset to drive and align projects and initiatives with field operational targets including but not limited to inventory adjustments and quality elements.• Commits and contributes to a major cultural shift to activate continuous improvement-led business impact.• Operate as an effective action-oriented, analytical problem-solver to alleviate Supply Chain field issues and escalations in an urgent and timely manner.• Responsible for business key results across Supply Chain focus areas, including but not limited to, inventory adjustments and quality elements.• Regional SME oversight/support/institution of process elements and initiatives to drive key results, including but not limited to, key impact areas of inventory adjustments and quality elements.• Establish cadences for connecting with field teams in executing supply chain initiatives impacting key results, including but not limited to, inventory adjustments and quality elements.• Responsible for triaging field execution gaps and devising action plans for mitigating ops leakage in key results, including but not limited to inventory adjustments and quality elements, as well as determining countermeasures to close gaps in process flow where applicable.• Implements new and modifies existing inventory accuracy/health and quality strategies to improve warehouse efficiencies and experience of the customer.• Facilitates calls with market operation’s teams to ensure goal metrics are reviewed and achieved.• Responsible for deep comprehension of weekly/monthly ops leakage in the field across key results, including but not limited to, inventory adjustments and quality elements.• Accountable for improving key results, including but not limited to, inventory adjustments and quality elements across the market/region/network.• Other duties as assigned by manager.RELATIONSHIPS• Internal: SC Ops Exc. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In California, the expected compensation for this role is between $80,300.00 and $126,300.00. In Connecticut, the expected compensation for this role is between $90,000.00 and $126,300.00. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $85,100.00 and $113,400.00. In Maryland, the expected compensation for this role is between $85,100.00 and $113,400.00. In Minnesota, the expected compensation for this role is between $80,300.00 and $107,100.00. In New York, the expected compensation for this role is between $80,300.00 and $126,300.00. In Rhode Island, the expected compensation for this role is between $85,100.00 and $113,400.00.
