OVERVIEW

Wishpond Technologies Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Strategy Manager to work as part of our integrated marketing team to develop marketing campaign strategies that drive growth for our clients. In this role, you’ll use marketing insights to craft data-driven strategies for a diverse range of clients. You’ll collaborate on campaigns with members of our global team and present data-driven insights & performance reporting.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and optimize campaigns for PersistIQ client accounts (including deliverability, audience, and messaging)

• Review, identify issues, and optimize email deliverability for PersistIQ client accounts

• Come up with strategies / tests on how to improve results for all/cohorts of PersistIQ clients

• Work with the General Manager, Account Managers/Account Directors, Lead-Generation team, and Copywriting team to collaborate on strategies

• Find patterns and common client scenarios where we have found specific strategies that work well, and create blueprints to be able to utilize across our entire user base

• Proactively review campaigns and accounts to improve results - don’t wait for tasks to be assigned

• Other duties as assigned 


QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in Account Management, Copywriting, or campaign management

• You are collaborative and great at working cross-functionally, informing key stakeholders and bringing them along for the greater vision or objective.

• You are self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality.

• You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.

• You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software.

• This position is expected to work European time zones.

• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal records, and credit checks.

• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide valid governmental photo ID and proof of residential address.
