It's a collaborative place made up of small, closely knit and versatile teams that are fast and adaptive to solve problems and build systems.About the Role: The Ad Operations Specialist role is designed to train you comprehensively across the most commonly used digital marketing platforms, such as Facebook and Google, while also giving you experience with data reporting & analytics.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Building digital advertisements and campaigns across all major platforms (Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TheTradeDesk, DV360, etc) using client's creative assets and specific guidelines for custom tracking codes and naming conventions• Creating detailed reporting of client customer and marketing data• Performing quantitative analysis on paid media performance to derive insights• Managing ad creative• Implementing proprietary technology and best practicesNote: This is not a data analyst position. Data modeling will not be a part of this job's primary responsibilitiesRequirements:• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience• Desire to work in a deadline - oriented environment• Strong resourcefulness• Working knowledge of Excel• Strong math/data analysis skills• Full professional proficiency of the English language and strong communication skillsNice to haves• Experience working on digital marketing platforms: Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TheTradeDesk, DV360• Storytelling ability to translate data into actionable insightsOur interview process includes, but is not limited to, the following:• Cognitive Aptitude and Typing Test• Logic assessment on Basic data analytics & problem-solving assessment via Google SheetsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits, including:• $11.50 hourly• Unlimited vacation policy• Health insurance coverage• Remote work - this is a remote role, but must be based in one of the states below• New Hampshire• North Carolina• Pennsylvania• Texas• Georgia• This is an entry level position. Training and development will be provided.
