About the role:
Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to join our external audit product line as a Customer Training Consultant. In this role, you will provide valuable training and support to customers implementing our market-leading products, including CCH Axcess™ and CCH® ProSystem fx®. This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office and frequent travel to customer locations. Candidates must have access to a major airport, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle for ground travel.

Key responsibilities:
Customer training & consulting: Lead virtual and onsite training sessions to help customers maximize their use of our software solutions.
Course development: Develop and enhance training materials and courses to meet customer needs.
Sales and product support: Support sales representatives in high-profile product demonstrations, collaborate on customer-facing activities, and provide feedback on product improvements.
Internal training: Educate internal teams on Audit and Accounting software products and best practices.
Special projects: Collaborate on team initiatives and support various tasks during non-peak periods.
Comprehensive onboarding: Complete an 8-week training program covering the CCH Axcess™ Engagement Suite, CCH® ProSystem fx® Knowledge Coach, CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement, TeamMate® Analytics, and more, with both virtual and onsite learning.
Travel requirements:
Up to 50% travel required, including air, rail, and ground transportation, with increased travel during peak seasons.
Hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in a Wolters Kluwer office and remote flexibility for the remainder of the week.
Education & qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Accounting major strongly preferred).
Preferred: CPA certification or other relevant qualifications.
Experience:
5+ years as an Audit Senior or Audit Manager at a public accounting firm.
Strong understanding of risk assessment standards and risk-based external auditing.
Experience with audit data analytics (ADA) in external audit engagements.
Proficiency with engagement management software (CCH® ProSystem fx® and CCH® ProSystem fx® Knowledge Coach preferred).
Strong skills in Microsoft® Office and Windows® products.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., TeamMate® Analytics, IDEA®, ActiveData for Excel®, ACL™ Analytics) is a plus.

Ability to engage and educate attendees in training sessions, both virtually and in person.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for financial statement auditing and teaching.
Comfortable with public speaking (prior training experience preferred).
