WMS Integration Engineer - Louisville, CO

As a WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Integration Engineer, you will join a small, fast-moving team working to create interfaces with the company infrastructure for various customer use cases and WMS solutions. And as result will insure both companies' growth and success.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Product, Customer Success, and R&D teams to ensure that the integration, testing, and troubleshooting become a success. As in all integrations, there will be issues, bugs, and other problems - your job is to take them on with a great attitude and a lot of can-do attitude. You will be realistic about our capabilities, and you’ll keep one eye on our commitments to ensure that we don’t over-commit nor set our customers up for failure. This role reports directly to an infrastructure integration team lead.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation of integration APIs between our systems and various WMSs.
  • Consult and mentor as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on warehouse software solutions.
  • Help design data models to capture WMS material configuration information.
  • Deploy WMS packages for lab setups and internal warehouse facilities with IT.
  • Drive efforts to generalize our system for flexible adaptation to different customers’ software deployments.
  • Help troubleshoot complex systems from a multidisciplinary perspective.
  • Document work and assist with developing new capabilities, technologies, and prototypes in a production environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building and deploying production software in small teams.
  • Experience with C++ and Python3
  • Familiar with Java or C#
  • 3+ years of supply chain planning/distribution and warehousing experience
  • 3+ years WMS integration, designer experience
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems
  • 3+ years of SQL database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with production WMS packages from Manhattan Associates, JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP, and others.
  • Optional - Field experience in warehouses as a deployment consultant.
  • Track record for delivering complex technology product launches with aggressive schedules and scarce resources
  • Strong data analytical skills and proven experience developing and using tools to analyze large data sets to drive decisions
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Flexibility, hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude with a deep passion for emerging technologies
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proven negotiator that can negotiate constraints and issues with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience developing training materials for internal and external use
  • Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Windows and Linux experience required - Ubuntu preferred
  • Required to travel to customer sites within the continental USA.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $97,775 - $123,806. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and options.
