Your primary responsibility is providing marketing qualified leads to assist sales personnel in meeting or exceeding their sales goals. Your time will be spent vetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales. Prospecting activities include learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive CT suite product line; updating the sales CRM database (salesforce.com); managing time and resources effectively; representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory; and contributing to sales marketing campaign planning and lead generation activities. This position requires excellent communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to work effectively and efficiently.Key Tasks:?- Provide customer sales qualification by fielding inbound telephone, web and email activity coming from the CT websites and route the requests to the appropriate internal teams- Outreach and campaign follow-up to new customers ("prospects") and existing customers- Cross-sell/upsell of new solutions to existing CT subscription customers as directed- Supporting and assisting with CT subscription renewal motion- Vetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales.- Learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive CT suite product line- Updating the sales CRM database (salesforce.com)- Managing time and resources effectively- Representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory- Contributing to sales marketing campaign planning and lead generation activities- Manage and maintain the prospector inbound web form queue in Saleforce.com- Comply with all lead-management-related service-level agreements- Conduct customer/prospect account research (web, D&B, Top LF, Global top 2000) to identify and warm up new opportunities for the sales team- Generate marketing qualified sales leads via outbound call and/or email initiatives. Outbound lists include, but are not limited to marketing campaign follow-up, event registration, etc.- Regularly check-in with sales managers to gather feedback, help create reports and improve the prospecting workflows- List compiling, clean-up and preparation for prospecting team activities- Scheduling customer meetings for sales- Manage incoming communications to the prospector mailbox.You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:- Associate degree or equivalent experience- 1-5 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience- A proven track record of strong client relationships.- Excellent client service skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience in the legal services industry- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.- Experienced CRM User (salesforce.com preferred)- Strong Excel skills- A proven track record of strong client relationships- Go into and are located within 50 miles of one of our CT offices, to work a hybrid schedule (Office locations: Contact Wolters Kluwer | Wolters Kluwer (https://www.wolterskluwer.com/en/contact-us?compositeLink=%7B8B6D9790-777E-4EA6-8A2D-49AA4867660B%7D#AnchorContactForm) )Also Helpful if you have/know:- Salesforce.com- Dunn & Bradstreet- Hoovers- Microsoft Teams- Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:- Tele-sales solutions selling techniques- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)- Experience with Salesforce.com,- Experience with IVR/VOIP phone system preferredWe are an incredibly supportive team that truly enjoys what we do and who we do it with.
