This is an opportunity to use and expand your knowledge of DevOps processes and practices, and of systems and operations, as we continue to extend our work to Cloud Platforms. This position is part of an established team and will have opportunities to employ a wide range of technologies in configuration/infrastructure as code, build and release pipeline automation, monitoring and observability, containerization, and cloud computing.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrevious experience with and/or demonstrable understanding of the DevOps tools used for the duties described above is helpful and preferred.Define metrics to ensure the high performance and stability of our development, test, and production environments.Enable and implement continuous delivery and continuous integration using such tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps pipelines.Provide first level support for application software issues in all environments.Participate in on-call rotation to provide first-responder technical support in production environments.Be situationally aware to notice issues as they arise, and mitigate, escalate immediately and appropriately.Collaborate with the Development, Project Management, and Product Management teams to align projects, releases, patches, and other efforts.Plan and execute tasks within an agile environment.Job QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
