Wonder is revolutionizing dining with a fast-fine concept. We're seeking an Area Training Partner to oversee and implement training programs across multiple locations.
Skills
- Training program implementation

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the MIT roster & training schedule
- Own the Training Restaurant program and certifications
- Lead orientations, training workshops, and new manager training
- Spend 60-70% of time in the field supporting training programs
- Manage training validations reporting across all roles
Education
- Experience in training or operations in QSR
- 3-5 years in related field
