Senior HR Generalist

Wood Rodgers, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Department in Roseville, CA. We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual who can help nurture a positive working environment.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of HR functional areas
Legal and regulatory compliance
Ability to travel within California and Nevada
Experience handling essential HR generalist functions

Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire onboarding process
Manage and maintain employee benefit programs
Maintain up-to-date employee records and filings
Assist with HR policies and benefits design and implementation
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
