Skills

Experience working with Go-to-Market/Revenue Operations tools like Salesforce
CPQ implementation or configuration experience
Apex code and custom script troubleshooting
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Agile development experience
Automating business processes
AI automation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on industry trends and best practices for tools like Salesforce
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot issues in Go-to-Market/Revenue Operations tools
Create and maintain automations within tools and across systems through Workato recipes
Execute project lifecycle for feature configurations and customizations
Maintain security, integrity, and performance of Go-to-Market/Revenue Operations tools
Act as SME for tools and guide users in executing operations, create documentation, and monitor new release features
