Workday Enterprise Systems Administrator

This position is within the Internal IT Team and will collaborate with stakeholders from business lines such as, Finance, Accounting, HR, and People Operations and work across multiple domains, including Workday HCM, FM, and PSA. This position reports to the Senior Director, Cybersecurity & IT Operations.
Job Responsibilities

Leads architecture, upgrade planning, and execution through a mature, change management program while ensuring client requirements are met/exceeded.

Works closely with all Workday stakeholders adhering to Workday best practices, including data governance, security, and compliance.

Leads security requirements, design, configuration, workflow testing, auditing, and all integrations into Workday

Is the technical lead who performs the day-to-day administration of the Workday platform.

Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production, UAT, and DEV environments.

Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification, and remediation

Manages the Workday platform's security and administration and deeply understand Workday architecture, roles, and security groups.

Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists, and can identify secure automation wherever needed.

Evaluates the efficiency of existing processes and change and release management procedures and improve practices associated with continuous building and deployment.

Create and review technical design documents and share best practices to improve the operation of our systems.

Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities.

Manages security and has a deep understanding of integrations and application support.

Other related tasks to support overall infrastructure configuration management and enforcement.

Develop and promote continuous learning within the support team.

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff and communicate ongoing activities to various stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, related major, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Workday Administrator, HCM & FM modules

Experience with application support and Workday integrations

Workday Certifications, such as Workday Pro
- Experience with Production Operations, Change Control and Security best practices

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $100k to $150k. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
