Summary:
Performs a variety of food service functions.

Detailed responsibilities:

Prepares food, replenishes work stations and completes assigned kitchen activities.
Assists customers with food requests.
Follows food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
May transport food carts and trays.
