In this role, you'll support the Social Media Manager in developing and managing Clue's online presence, focusing on creating video content, writing engaging copy and assisting with partnerships outreach. The ideal candidate will be keen to grow and nurture Clue's online community of over 400,000 followers, responding to questions and managing feedback, while understanding the needs of our audience and using that to inform our content strategy.

You'll help to bring Clue's scientifically-backed articles to millions of people, and work with a passionate, creative team that cares deeply. Our mission to empower women and people with cycles is at the centre of everything we do. The person in this role will report to the Social Media Manager, but will work closely and collaboratively with Content, CRM, Design, and other teams.

This role would best suit a candidate who can work up to 20 hours per week. If you don't meet all the requirements, we still encourage you to apply. Enthusiasm for social media and an interest in learning and growing is key.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help to shape and grow Clue's social media presence
• Pitch creative ideas that support the social media strategy and align with our business goals and brand values
• Assist with the day-to-day production of Clue's social media content, creating copy to deadline and upholding processes
• Adapt Clue's web articles into DIY video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Reach out to creators, organisations and brands on Instagram for potential partnerships and content collaborations
• Monitor and manage the Clue Facebook group
• Respond to community support messages and document feedback
• Monitor industry trends in audience, growth, performance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You're passionate about social media and up-to-date with internet trends and language
• You have previous experience using TikTok and Instagram
• You are a keen writer with a flair for creating engaging and precise copy in English
• You have an eye for design and are familiar with video and photo editing tools such as Photoshop, FinalCutPro and Figma
• You are a fast and efficient learner who likes to take initiative
• You are empathetic and able to answer user support questions with care and kindness
• You are organized and able to manage an editorial calendar and creating content to deadlines
