Please see our start dates below and let us know your availability.• Spring Internships: Monday, January 6, 2025 (15-20/hours per week max)• Summer Internships: Monday, May 19, 2025 (40/hours per week max)The Customer Success Intern supports the Customer Success team by providing excellent service, document setup, and collaboration. This person will create, implement, and tag customer documents using Wdesk to meet their document setup needs.What You'll Do• Create and implement customer documents using industry leading software• Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Finance• Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes• Tie-out of XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customersWhat You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in business or similar programPreferred Qualifications• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and take initiative• Attention to detail and follow-through are required• Must be technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc• Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programsTravel Requirement and Working Conditions• Minimal travel• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the futureHow You’ll Be Rewarded• Salary range in the US: $21.00 - $21.00• 401(k) participation and match• Paid sick leave• A unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWorkiva is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
