So, what will your new role actually look like?
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will help align human strategy with business requirements. Your primary goal is to keep employee experience and organizational performance at the heart of Workleap while being proactive in improving our ways of doing things in a distributed and constantly changing reality. You will support managers, teams and employees throughout their journey. As a Practice Lead, you will be responsible for cultivating the skills of aspiring HRBPs, building common and standardized practices, and will be a go-to resource on HR matters. Your position has several components; here are some of them:
