Senior Product Designer

Workleap builds practical employee experience software that makes work simpler. Pingboard is all about giving companies the tools to communicate and drive connection amongst their employees. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process for new and existing products, conduct user research, develop prototypes, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate for user-centered design.

Skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
Excellent UI design skills with knowledge of design trends and best practices.
Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion for new and existing products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance products.
