About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to be the right-hand to our Head of Growth & Operations. You will support our GTM and product strategy through customer research and engagement, helping ensure we are solving the right problem for the right customer. You will also support onboarding and engagement for our early alpha users. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you!

Skills You'll Need To Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience

• Strong analytical skills. Able to synthesize takeaways and recommendations

• Bonus: Has worked with customers in an early-stage start-up or B2B SaaS company

Responsibilities

• Review customer conversations to distill insights and improve our customer discovery process

• Develop and execute engagement plan for our alpha users to ensure they are using our product, feel supported, and are providing feedback

• Synthesize learnings across conversations so we can iterate quickly

This role can be either an internship or part-time (10+ hrs/wk). NYC-based candidates preferred but not required.
