Audience Group is a full service, independent, advertising services agency. With a team of 26, all staff operate from offices in Brisbane’s CBD and Surry Hills in Sydney.
Our agency is recognised for its expertise in leveraging advanced advertising technologies and data science to enhance business performance, holding AFA and IAB Best Practice accreditation and IMAA certification.
As a Digital Trading Specialist, you’re vital to helping design and build campaigns that perform, building solutions that are in line with best practice and optimised to business performance.
Hands-on with the tools you also provide support and commentary to a Client Services team regarding campaign queries and in-platform opportunities. As Digital Trading Specialist, you’re supported by Digital Media Executives, providing day-to-day solutions on campaign activities within the digital media space (including SEM, Social, Programmatic and SEO).
You will work with internal teams to traffic, setup, create and optimise campaigns, quality assuring work before being sent off to client teams or publishers.
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Set-up, management and optimistion of digital media campaigns across SEM, Social Media and Programmatic Media.
- Demonstrates an ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and dependencies in a timely manner
- Responsible for data integrity within reporting Dashboards
- Responds to account services performance queries as assigned to them
- Ensures all conversion points have been identified and the website tagging using GTM is completed to ensure performance can be measured
- Ensures quality of advertising buying platforms for other staff, advertising platform configurations, tagging and tracking for junior staff and quality assurance of IMBAs
- Works closely with the trading manager to flag performance issues and work with junior staff (Digital Media Executives)
- Checks for opportunities in digital campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are pacing KPI goals.
- Provides regular optimisation recommendations to account services
Skills and experiences required for this role are:
- 3+ years in SEM/ Social Media expertise
- Organised, pro-active, can work under own initiative and prioritise competing workloads
- 3+ years Agency experience is preferred
- Programmatic experience advantageous but not essential
