What You'll Contribute
The Workplace IT Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of our technology infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Implement technology operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology resources.
Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of all technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology requirements, evaluate solutions, and implement new technologies to support business objectives.
Establish and maintain technology infrastructure standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage technology systems and services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technology issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to technology operations.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
