About the team:

The Real Estate & Workplace Operations team works cross-functionally to keep all Robinhood offices running smoothly day-to-day. From large-scale construction projects to running our lunch programs, we strive to provide best-in-class service for all of our employees, so they can be their best selves at work. No job is too big, or too small for us!

We're looking for an operationally-minded, friendly, and detail-oriented Real Estate & Workplace Specialist who will work closely with our cross functional partners to maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming office space.

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Run various company programs and operations to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience
  • Create strong relationships and serve as the primary POC with our property management team
  • Manage multiple vendors, schedule meetings/repairs as necessary, and regularly review their value add to Robinhood
  • Take ownership of space planning, desk assignments, and project manage building repairs and maintenance
  • Represent Robinhood culture and keep morale high by helping plan, coordinate, and execute various company events
  • Work with Physical Security to ensure procedures and deliverables prioritize the safety of all Robinhood employees
  • Partner closely with Procurement to ensure that quotes and new vendors are accurately onboarded, while pushing through proposals to ensure timelines are met
  • Perform ad hoc office errands
  • Own cross functional internal meetings between CorpEng, AV, Security, Real Estate, WP
  • Perform quarterly punch walks of Denver office space
  • Maintain fixed asset tracking of Denver
  • Maintain and own organization of Floorplans, RFPs, Submittals, etc
  • Assist with day-to-day aspects of projects, including scheduling tours, site visits and meetings
  • Assist in the overall decision making process in crafting and cultivating an outstanding workplace for our employees
  • Identify, create, and implement processes, procedures and solutions as they relate to new and current office locations

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Real Estate/Workplace or operational role in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience in change management, administration, and vendor management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external partners
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Google GSuite Apps: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.

US Zone 1: $85000 - $100000
US Zone 2: $75000 - $88000
US Zone 3: $66000 - $78000

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
